Jeil Gopchang specialises in Korean Hanwoo beef gopchang (small intestine), daechang (large intestine) and makchang. Everything is pre-grilled in a brick oven so it comes out savoury and chewy. We open at noon — good for lunch, and for a drink in the evening.
